Get ready to brawl, mobile gamers!
Console favorite WWE 2K is now available on iOS and Android. Priced at $7.99, the new mobile game puts all the craziness of WWE wrestling in the palm of your hand, with a playable roster of superstars including Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Sting, Triple H, Undertaker, Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Bray Wyatt.
The mobile version offers an "authentic" WWE experience on your phone or tablet, including full WWE superstar ring entrances, wrestling moves, and your favorite match types. The game also boasts a few modes that were inspired by the flagship WWE 2K franchise on consoles, including Create-a-Superstar, where you can develop a customized supestar, and Career Mode, where you choose a custom or existing character and take him through his WWE journey as you earn respect and upgrade your skills on the way to the WWE Hall of Fame.
For newbies, the game features a tutorial mode, so you can learn how to play from beginner to pro. Once your skills are up to par, you can participate in real-time multiplayer matches, challenging friends or the WWE Universe. The game also features "tons" of unlockable items to further customize your created superstar.
The new mobile title was developed by indie developer n-Space in conjunction with 2K's Visual Concepts studio.
"As the first simulation-based WWE video game for mobile devices, WWE 2K provides an opportunity to experience virtual WWE action anywhere and at any time," Greg Thomas, president at Visual Concepts, said in a statement.
The game is available for download now in the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices, as well as the Amazon Appstore for Android devices. For more on WWE 2K, check out the video below.
